Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
1. Are services only for students?
At Bloom Pathways, we accept all clients ages 10+. We work with students in upper elementary through adulthood who may be struggling with focus, motivation, organization, time management, aligning purpose with passions, anxiety, or confidence. We also support parents, schools, and those seeking support in life changes/readiness.
2. Why are services virtual?
All coaching is currently offered online via Zoom, making it accessible and flexible for busy families. We understand that coaching and learning in a comfortable, familiar environment is important. We like our services to be flexible and cost-efficient.
3. What happens in a coaching session and how do I get started?
Each 50-minute session is tailored to the client. We might explore emotions, practice organization tools, create study routines, set goals, or work through work and/or school-related stress. Coaching is collaborative and practical.

Book a free 15–20 minute discovery call to see if we’re a good fit. If we decide to move forward, you will receive an intake form and welcome packet, and we’ll schedule your first session.
4. How is this different from therapy and/or tutoring?
Coaching focuses on present challenges and skill-building, not clinical diagnosis or academic instruction. Our services use counseling/clinical-informed strategies, but coaching is action-oriented, goal-driven, and educational.

Coaching is a personalized, strengths-based process that helps students build academic, emotional, and executive functioning skills. It’s not tutoring or therapy — it’s focused support to help students thrive in school and life.
5. Can schools or districts hire Bloom Pathways for professional development?
